Isn't this blood orange mimosa fabulous? Everyone knows weekends and mimosas go hand in hand but this weekend, I want you to go the extra mile. This blood orange mimosa is brought to us by the Bottiglia restaurant in Las Vegas, and we all know that Vegas is the city of opulence. As your shaking up this mimosa this weekend, allow yourself to have anything your heart desires. Go shopping, eat that dessert you've been craving all week. Buy the bag. Use this weekend to do whatever you want, fabulously.

Bottiglia’s Blood Orange Mimosa
½ oz. Absolut Elyx vodka
½ oz. Aperol
1 oz. Blood orange puree
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
2 ½ oz. Prosecco

Add all ingredients into mixing tin, except for the Prosecco. Add ice and shake vigorously. Top with 2 ½ oz. Prosecco into mixing tin, and then strain into a flute glass and garnish with an orchid and lemon peel.
