I think we could all use a fab drink. 

We are heading into the 3rd month of 2017 and there are a lot of things we could use a cocktail over. For starters, TRUMP but we wont go there. 

As we head into March, warmer weather is on the horizon and we are slowly inching towards longer days (and my birthday!)  I must say that the first 2 months of 2017 haven't been as bad as I thought the would be and as we move forward, it can only go up from here. 

My mind is already in warm thoughts and sipping fabulously with friends outdoors, so this Pixie cocktail from STK Los Angeles came right on time. It bright and fruity and the bourbon gives it a little punch. I would recommend making a pitcher mid week when you get that "girl what am I going to do! ......." text form your bestie. 

The Pixie from STK Los Angeles 

1.5 oz Woodfire Reserve Bourbon
4 oz The Pixie (equal parts -Strawberry, Orange, Pineapple juice)

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Shake vigorously and strain into a fab glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a thinly sliced piece of starfruit.
