Fall is less than one week away and this weekend we are cherishing these last warm weather moments and the last round of summer fruit with fab bellini's. I love bellini's and they are the next best thing to grace your table for a fab brunch next to eggs benedict. A special thanks to Salute in Las Vegas for this fabulous recipe.
A toast to all the new and fab things fall has to offer !
1 ½ oz. White Peach Puree
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
3 ½ oz. Prosecco (Add after shake)
** Simple Syrup - equal parts 1 c. water and 1c. sugar. Heat over low flame until sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool and store in air tight container in the fridge.
