Every summer when the temperature rises, boxes of popsicles are a staple in my freezer. While great for a hot summer day, over the weekend I added one to a cocktail. I love to keep a few bottles of mango moscato handy and with the cocktail - popsicle crazy hitting some amazing bars since last summer, I figured why not make my own.
I love that this recipe is adaptable to many flavors. You can make this cocktail many times over with whatever fruit, moscato and popsicles you enjoy. Theres also no measuring required with this cocktail recipe so you can add as much moscato as you desire.
