Boulton & Watt's signature cast iron skillet cookie has stepped into spring, with the debut of the Spring Blossom's Cast Iron Cookie. The original cast iron cookie hasn't changed in 3 years because of it's popularity, but this year Executive Chef David Rotter decided to incorporate the playfulness of spring into the mix.
I can't decide what the best part of this dessert is. Is it the fact that the cookie comes to your table warm and gooey, or the fact that it comes accompanied with a side of house made strawberry milk.
