WHAT TO EAT IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER

Eating Fabulously, Christopher Stewart, September, seasonal, local, what to eat in the month of September

I have mixed feelings about it being September. Im happy to start thinking about soup but I'm sad that corn and tomatoes are on they're way out. September is a tricky month for food. A lot of summer foods are still available but you can tell that they are on their way out by the taste. Im definitely looking forward to butternut squash, roasted root vegetables, and heavier foods as we move it to colder months but honestly until then, Im eating all the corn I can get my fab manicured hands on. Sorry, not sorry.

Here's what to eat in the month of September....
