If you are like me, then you know that the boom of coconut oil is everywhere right now. With its versatility and multi-purpose uses, people are using coconut oil for just about everything, and it has caught my attention. I bought a jar and Im still trying to figure out what exactly to do with it. I fried some eggs in it for a breakfast sandwich and I seared some chicken in it for dinner, so far. Both taste great and I absolutely LOVE the subtle taste of coconut that it leaves on the food, without it being over powering.

What are some ways you incorporate coconut oil into your cooking? Do you have a go-to brand? Do you use coconut oil or coconut butter?
