Day 3 is here and this is my favorite smoothie combo so far! I woke up starving, so a smoothie (and coffee) was the first thing on my mind. I think Im getting the hang of this smoothie thing, and this combo was delicious! I drank all of it, down to the last drop! My new NINJA blender, left this smoothie slightly chunky, so the chewing thing from the blueberry smoothie post, came to mind. I get the gist of naturally wanting to chew...but I was too busy trying to suck this delicious smoothie through my super cute straw to care to chew. If the rest of my smoothie chronicles taste like this, Im in for some fab combos. PEACH BANANA & SPINACH SMOOTHIE 1 1/2 handfuls of frozen sliced peaches 1 1/2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach 1/2 ripe banana 2T. vanilla nonfat yogurt 1t. ground flaxseed 1/4c. vanilla soy milk agave, to taste Blend to your preferred thickness.
